cannot create account - Guild Wars Forums

I cannot set up an account. getting error message that says unable to connect to server due to network or server error. I am not terribly savy but I did turn off firewall, permit gw.exe, and open prot 6112 like GW support suggested. Still nothing.

My advice is to check the guildwars.com website, and look at the FAQ section. Hopefully that resolves your problem.
